So after completing a few 14 day Boo TeaTox’s I found them really effective
and I could see differences within myself inside and out, the tea gives you incentive to want to
eat better and works hand in hand with the gym, a lot of people say that it’s just an
expensive green tea and that it isn’t worth the £19.99 but for me it has worked so I guess it goes by
personal choice/ own experiences.
The 28 Day Experience:
What I found was the first two weeks I was excited and the tea spurred me on to gym
and to exercise regularly also eating cleanly, the same effects happened to me that I described within my first review
of the 14 Day TeaTox that can be found in Health Crazes.
I found when it came to week 3 that I felt a lull in the TeaTox, things such as Uni, going out
and other activities got in the way, which would make me forget to drink it but I also found
that I got bored, and I found myself slacking.
When it came to the end of the 28 Days I found another spur of enthusiasm
in the last 4 days, and got back on track with the TeaTox. Though I felt a bit of
a relief to have finished the full 28 days, although I’m contradicting in saying the tea makes you
want to eat healthy and exercise regularly, I found the 28 days a little too long to maintain,
comparing to the 14 Day Teatox where it was a shorter amount of time I found myself more motivated.
Although this is down to personal preference and strictness, for myself I found it hard to
maintain the strict healthy eating for the 28 days.
What i’ve recently started doing is buying the 28 Days but splitting them
into 14 Day TeaToxes which end up being a little cheaper.
At £35 for the 28 Days, splitting the packet in 1/2 works out the two 14 days
£17.50 rather than buying the 14 Day packets at £19.99
Hope this helps! x
